About the Author
Juanita C. Hernandez is the 2nd oldest of Elena's 4 daughters. Juanita grew up listening to her mother's stories of her youth in Guerrero, Mexico in the early 60's. Juanita loved her mother's stories and decided to write a children's book to celebrate them. Juanita hopes you enjoy Elena and Lanudo's adventures!
